CTO- Chief Technology Officer
The Chief Technology Officer’s role is to align technology vision with business strategy by integrating company processes with the appropriate technologies. The CTO is also responsible for all aspects of developing and implementing technology initiatives within the organisation, to include the web, ecommerce, and digital areas, in addition to management of the information technology group. This individual maintains existing enterprise systems, while providing direction in all technology-related issues in support of information operations and core company values. Read More
Process Engineer
The BlueWare Process Engineer is responsible for designing and implementing internal operating processes and external best practices (from pilot to fully operational) to achieve overall goals for BlueWare and our customers. Through critical analysis, the Process Engineer identifies needs and develops processes to ensure seamless operating procedures and best practices. Read More
Systems Engineer
The Systems Engineer will be responsible for installation, configuration, component integration and customer support of hardware and software at customer locations. The position will also be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, training technical and non-technical users and testing new software releases. Additional responsibilities include: configuring servers and workstations for our system including network and database. International and domestic travel required 50-80%. Read More
Support Desk Professional
The Support Desk Professional must provide excellent stewardship of the customer’s concerns and BlueWare’s resources. An expectation is that, through critical analysis of technical, sales, and professional relationship incidents that are logged through the customer support system, the customer support professional will provide the level of service mandated by established BlueWare policy that exceeds external customer expectations. Support professionals must maintain excellent communications with internal and external sponsors. Read More
